RDX rattling noise
I have a 2010 RDX FWD and at 103000 miles it just started making a rattling noise when in drive or reverse at speeds of 0-10 mph. It's not a sheet metal clanking type of rattle, more of a squeaking or chirping rattle. I hear it from the inside of the car and it sounds like its coming from the front somewhere but when I get out of the car to listen for it I can't hear it. Not sure if that's because the sound of the engine drowns out the noise or it if its coming from the inside (dashboard area).
Anyone have this kind of noise before?

Search around the forum on low speed rattles and see if any fit your description. I do recall some people saying low speed rattles and shaking ended up having something to do with the axles and / or cv shaft, but again you may want to review to see if your issue may be the same.

WTF?
i tried to PM you back but your mail box is full
ive had many different rattle sounds for different reasons
1 was due to possible loose aftermarket intercooler and intake i ended reinstalling and the sound went away
2 was due to my oil being too full sounds odd but i was getting a rattle sound from the oil filter and i had just changed my oil and the line was in the middle of the top dot on the dipstick i didnt think it would be much of an issue but i guess it was cause i redid the oil and did a new filter and it was fine
3rd is a sparatic issue near where the windshield wiper blades bolt up i get a little rattle i dont get it too often so its hard to figure our exactly where.. ive heard that welding burs that werent grinded enough as well can cause a smidge of a rattle in certain areas

I'm not sure this is the case for you, but my hood was loose at the center catch and would audibly rattle. I've heard others mention this too. More of a heavy rattle/clunk though.

Our RDX had a metal sounding rattle coming from under the hood on the passenger side. It would occur whenever we accelerated. I discovered one of the two bolts that attach below the metal air filter close to the firewall was unscrewed and just floating on the mounting hole. Acura recently replaced the turbo due to oil Seepage from Turbo Inlet Tube under warranty repair. The bolt on the driver's side was secure. I screwed in the bolt using a 10mm box ratchet. The rattle has gone away.
Bolt (center of picture) was completely loose and rattling on acceleration. Picture taken from passenger side engine compartment.
