First I'll start with the obligatory: I'm sorry if this is posted somehwere else. I have searched, oh my how I have searched, long and far for this answer. I have not found it so I'm posting a new question.

I have an 06 TSX. At some point recently I tried using the window roll down/sunroof open feature from the FOB. Holding down unlock on the second press results in all four of my windows going down, but the sunroof will not open. In other threads I found that sometimes you have to "re-sync" the sunroof. The directions I saw were to have the car off but the key in the on position. Open the sunroof all the way and then hold down open for aprox 15 seconds longer. It should close slightly and then go back to all the way open. Then close the sunroof and again hold the switch in the closed position for 15 seconds. I did this and obviously it didn't work so I'm posting here.

There is a small chance I'm crazy and the sunroof never opened but I'm 95% sure it did. I don't use this feature often but can't stand knowing something should work and does not. My sunroof works perfectly using the switch inside the car for tilt, open, and close.

I have a 06 TSX also and remote unlocking (holding down the remotes unlock button on the second push) does roll down the windows but has never opened my sunroof.

Thanks, llwtsx, anyone else able to chime in on the certainty of the sunroof opening or not opening using the FOB on a TSX? At this point I'm not sure which I prefer. I'm crazy in thinking we had that functionality and it doesn't work; or my car isn't working 100%.

You might want to check that mostly ignored (though able to answer almost any question) of all documents: The owner's manual.

I doubt it'll specifically state that...probably why he's asking here.
On a 3G TL, it most certainly does open the sunroof too..not sure why they'd vary that on the TSX.

Mine has never opened the sunroof at the same time as windows when using the fob.
