I can't figure out why only my rear left parking lights don't work!

Brake light and turn signal work but not left rear parking lamps. I have replaced bulbs and harness to rear tail lamp assembly. From what I have read, there is 1 fuse under hood? I think I have checked them all and can't find anything else wrong.

Any ideas or input on what to check?

If all the other parking lamps are working both front and the right rear, then the problem would'nt be with a fuse.....but more likely either a bad bulb or wiring connector, IMO. Have ya tried swapping the known good right rear side bulb with the bad side ? Check the bulb socket for power. Recheck the wiring harness or swap sides.
