I have had issues with the CD changer ejecting the discs if I used burned CDs. The disc will try to eject, and you can see the disc barely peek through the dust guard. The radio will error out then fail to operate. This is what I have to do in order to get my discs out (this may not be your issue):
1. When the disc comes partially out and the stereo errors, turn the key to "off".
2. Turn the key back to ACC mode and then press "eject" again.
3. While the disc is peeking through the dust guard, you can hear the stereo attempting to eject the disc. Take another disc and stick it over the top of the disc that is stuck and press down on the stuck disc with the new disc. This puts more pressure on the ejecting rollers that are trying to grab the disc and push it out.
4. Grab the disc when it comes out and the stereo should be asking to "Load" a new disc.
I have since replaced my stock stereo with a 7" DVD player, but I used that method over 50 times without issues.
