Steering shifting left and right

Steering shifting left and right
I have a 2004 Acura TL and the steering wheel is pulling left and right. Going straight it does it, when I'm turning it does it. It is a little tug in the opposite direction and when going straight its a tug left or right.
So far this is what I have done
2 outer tie rods
New tires
Front Spindles
Ball Joints
Right upper control arm
2 lower control arm bushings
Alignment
Any ideas?

Most likely your rack and pinion then. but before you replace it see if maybe loosening then tightening the adjustment nut makes it feel better, then get another alignment. The adjustment nut to tighten the feel of your steering so it's not sloppy is behind the driver side tire. This is the tool you need 07916-SA50001 along with a 3/8 ratchet with no attatchment.
I purchased the lifetime wheel alignment deal at Firestone so I go whenever front end work is done. I have a 2004 with 165,000 and recently changed the rack out.
I bought the rack for $175 from rack doctor ,then had someone I was reffered to that works at honda and does side work there who did the swap for $200. So a new rack install cost $375.
You can buy a type-s rack from www.car-part.com but I believe it was said by justnspace that type s or base makes no difference in the firmness of how it feels. Just getting a new rack period makes it feel firmer. And swap your power steering fluid after with only oem honda steering fluid.
