So my problem is this, I changed my oil in december 17 i think, so my old drain bult was a lil bit tight so and the head of the bolt was damage so i bought one on autozone and replace it. I didn't use the sylicone washer it came with and re-used the old washer with the new bolt. This morning found out that oil pan had a small leak from the bolt. Maybe I over tight it or maybe I didn't tight it much going to find out tomorrow with a torque wrench. If i need to replace the bolt can i re used the same oil? Or i need new oil and oil filter?

As long as the bolt tightens down properly, use a new crush washer. They are only resilient for so long before not being able to seal.

Throw out the Autozone crap. Get the bolt and washer from the dealer (My bet is you can also get from a Honda dealer if more convenient). I use OE filters and buy on line. Each filter comes with a new drain plug washer so I replace every time. It's a solid washer so it can be re-used if in good shape but I don't since I have new ones at the ready. If you use aftermarket filters then get a stack of the washers while you are at the dealer. Yeah, I know I might sound like a jerk because it's just a drain plug and washer but I've never had any issues with OE. You used "department store stuff" and did. Just sayin'

As for the oil and filter when did you change them? If really recently then the filter is fine (just leave it screwed in) but I'd use new oil. I just don't trust anything I'd drain it into to be clean enough.

Never had a problem with third party washers or bolts, but his problem is that he didn't use a brand new washer and once again it can only be used so long before it pops a leak.

But if i change the oil in december can i use the same filter maybe i will change the oil but i bought a k&n filter for like $14 and its still new i guess

Yep. I tend to agree it's unlikely the main cause but my thoughts were it's cheap enough to go back to a known stock condition and then see if it still leaks. Rule out all the variables even if they seem particularly insignificant.
