Garage parked for 4 days, battery dead...but seems to have risen from the grave
I'm calling this the Zombie battery story.
First, some background. I have an 08 TL-S with right now 103k on it. The battery in the car is stamped 9/12 and an OEM honda 100 month battery.
The car does have an autostarter that came with it when I bought it (used[audiovox unit]).
Recently (May) I had the car fitted with a Power Magic Pro for my DR550GW-CH2 dash cam. The jumper settings on the PMP was set to record no more than 12 hours.
So, me and the GF park at the garage and head on to our flight to sunny Flo-Rida Wednesday. We come home Sunday to a completely dead TL-S. No keyless entry, no lights, no crank, "SHE'S DEAD JIM".
End up getting a jump from a Mercedes in the garage and car starts back up just fine. Drive back to my place (5 mile drive) since the 2nd car is there. Get home, turn the car off, wait a few minutes and turn the car back on, she's alive!!
Go back out about an hour later to put the radio and nav codes in and it still turns over.
Woke up this morning and got in the car, still good.
Ended up checking the footage from the dash cam and nothing triggered it for the 12 hours in Parking mode it was on. Also, when I got in the car I made sure none of the dome lights stayed on when I got home if I had inadvertently hit one.
One last thing I noticed was that, for whatever reason, my drivers side rearview mirror will (sometimes) spaz out when I enter or exit the car.
So, what do you all think? Battery? One off? Electrical issue with component? Prior I've left the car garaged for 3+ days. This was probably the longest span since I've owned it with the current setup that she hadn't been driven.
I'll be taking the car in soon since I need to get an inspection done for tags so I'll have them run a battery test then as well.

I have generally had good luck with OEM Honda/Acura batteries but others will tell say they are "crap." Yours isn't that old but it can happen. I have an 08 TLS and had the battery completely die on me over a weekend just as you described. I parked it Friday night after work, didn't use it all weekend and tried to start it Monday AM. No dice it was completely dead and had to use my key in the keyhole in the driver's door to open it. I brought it to the dealer and got it replaced under warranty as it tested bad. I don't know how old it was as I bought my car as a CPO. Since the battery has been replaced, I haven't had any issues in three years.
The other thing to be on the look out for is a parasitic drawn attributed to the HFL unit. This has been fairly common on the 3G TL. I personally haven't had this issue but it is well documented.
Good luck with the dealer and let us know how you make out!

Is there any test or diagnostic that can be performed on the HFL module to tell if it is going bad? Luckily my vehicle still has 2 more years left on its warranty.

Like I mentioned, I haven't had the issue myself in either of my 3G TLs. IIRC others have said if you feel the console (where the Homelink and forward dome lights are), it will feel warm after the car has been shut off for awhile. If you do a search here on AZ, there are quite a few threads on it.

might be battery. couple months ago my oem battery went defective. It was only about a year old, I had bought it from my local dealership. I brought the battery to them and they used a machine to test it and gave me a free replacement. So it's definitely possible an OEM battery went bad.
on the other hand, why dont you hardwire the dash cam? i have a blackvue too and I hardwired mine to the overhead console. Super clean install, all wires soldered, shrink wrapped, and zip tied

Bet it's the HFL. My battery started going dead after 3-4 days of dormancy, so I checked the HFL and got the "booting up" or whatever that message is. I unplugged it and no problems since. Never used it anyway.

Hold down hang up button on steering wheel for awhile until it enters diag mode. Hfl could be working fine but still have a parasitic draw. You can disconnect the hfl unit and see if you still have the battery problem.

I've got the same problem. Just bought the car and owner said she had to put in a brand new battery (sticker says 8/14) because her husband was measuring lower than expected v across the battery terminals so they took it to a dealer and got a brand new battery.
After I drove it home and it's been sitting for about a week (while I go tthe DMV and insurnace papers sorted out) the battery goes completely dead after 1 week of sitting.
Sounds like the HFL drain issue.

Will be disconnecting the HFL module tomorrow and see if that fixes the issue.
I love the car but this is really annoying.

It's super easy to do 15min and $0.
I took off the dome light overhead console and the HFL unit was slightly warm to the touch (on a very cold day here in KC, 50F). So that was all that I needed to know this HFL was the culprit to my dead battery (brand new one too, after just 1 week of car sitting).
I actually took out the HFL unit itself so that the large harness plug can just rest in the empty space. You'll need a 6-point internal Torx screw to do this if you have the tool, otherwise just tuck the plug away somehwere it will fit when you put the trim piece back on.
Now finally I can rest in peace! Whew!
