2006 Acura TL 100,000 mile maintenance
I've had my 2006 TL for three years and just reached the great accomplishment of 100,000 miles. What is the average cost I should expect for the recommended 100,000 mile service (tune up, timing belt, etc). Also, does anyone know an excellent repair shop in Cincinnati, my only option right now is the dealership.
Thanks,
LAcuraBaby

you are looking at anywhere between 1000-1800 bucks depending on the dealer...
my dealer wanted to charge me 550 in labor and 1200 in parts so I bought all the parts for 300, did the spark plugs at home and he did the rest....was out of there in 450 bucks (+300 for parts)

Also, you prolly have another 5K minimum before you will receive notification from the MID that the TB service is due. 100K is not the determining factor.

Spica! which is lame..the thing sat for over a decade and was given to me. I havent had the money nor the time to get it to an alfa specialist in northridge.

NO! I love that Spica injection pump! Its got to be one of the coolest designs ever. But then again mine always worked perfectly. My Spider was pretty bulletproof, but it took an hour or so every couple weeks just to keep it running nicely. But that was half the fun.
