convert 98 CL 3.0 4 lug to 5 lug from 98-02 Accord V6?
 

I just got my 98 CL 3.0, sweet car..I love it. I notice the suspension off my gf 98 accord v6 is very similar to the CL but different bolt pattern . I wanted these wheels real bad but I gotta go 5 lugs. I'm wondering if anybody has done this? I tried searching but didn't get any answers.

These wheels only come in 5x114. Has anybody here swap in Accord V6 brake counterparts like the 5 lug disc rotors and hub assembly into their CL?

nobody has swap 98-02 accord V6 5 lug suspenion into their CL's??

I know its been posted before somewhere in here - just dont remember by who. Try searching for it... there are eons of archived info ranging on all kinds of stuff (some of it posted two and three times over!) . :thumbsup:

i posted a link to the write up for a 5th gen accord at the bottom of the page (same as early 1st gen cl's)...not sure if 98 came with hub over rotor or not so just go over it

I believe the 98 is "rotor over hub"...does this mean i can just swap out these parts out in favor of a Accord V6 5 lug hub?

i really don't know...not familiar with the swap...and what parts are interchangeable between 5th gen accords and your cl...best bet is to contact the writer of the article..he's a good guy

One of the guys is in the process on doing it now he should be done shortly..

ok great, i was looking over the 98 AV6 and 98 CL 3.0....both front disc are 11.1 and calipers are the same. The rear disc doesn't look any different either. I hope we can just swap out the 4x114.3 mm hubs, bearing, and disc out.

oooh...let me know how you're doing so far, have you figure what parts from the accord is changeable on the CL to make it 5 lugs?
