How to replace dash light bulbs
 

I noticed last night that the light bulb behind the drivers temp control doesn't light up. Can anyone help me to determine the best way to change this bulb? I assume I will have to take apart the dash. I would rather ask then start sticking the screw-driver behind the trim and scratching it up.
