Yumcha 01-13-2005 03:04 PM

Wow, seems everyone has lambo-doors these days...

Doesn't make me stop wanting one...Are the kits cheaper or something?

DEI99662 01-13-2005 03:05 PM

That thing is ugly.:thumbsdown:

MADCAT 01-13-2005 03:08 PM

The Dodge Charger isn't that great looking either. Its all hype to me. Nothing below the skin other than a stone-age V8. Platform sharing. Is there Quailty?

shodog 01-13-2005 03:11 PM

I wouldn't want it on my car but that paint job is awesome.

ABP-CL9-TSX 01-13-2005 03:11 PM

the 300 is nicer than this!

pebe 01-13-2005 03:11 PM

Saw a black magnum r/t today by my job with gloss black 20's w/ chrome lip. jaw droppingly hot. may be my next consideration. Must be lowered though, they sit too high.

Dodge and Chrysler did a tour in the summer across Canada where you could test drive their entire fleet on an autocross course except pretty much the Viper. But, as much as the 300 and Magnum looked nice and had the powerful V8s, I was very surprised to discover that the rides were terribly soft and they handled like absolute boats...

Shoofin 01-13-2005 03:31 PM

Looks hot...is that from SEMA?

CGTSX2004 01-13-2005 03:33 PM

The ghosted flame job is quite nice. That looks like something Chip Foose would have thought to include. Otherwise, it's still just a Magnum. :shrug:

gdubb 01-13-2005 03:36 PM

love the drop and wheels, not diggin the paint and doors

Red-CL 01-13-2005 04:06 PM

Those rims look huge. :eek:

Lambo doors NEVER belong on Sedans.........the money would be far better spent making the rear doors suicide.......

Dan Martin 01-13-2005 04:28 PM

I wish they put bigger wheels on it. I can still see some rubber. :rolleyes:

HQuakers 01-13-2005 04:48 PM

Those rims are ginormous!!

Oh, and the charger is basically a magnum with the back cut off and looks like shit IMHO

VeeralS05 01-13-2005 05:06 PM

I like the GM version one better reminds me of a Bently

Yep - one of my partners just leased one; the verdict back from the mail room (the most acute judges of all of the partner's cars) is that it's a boat. For a large-car style, I think it has clean lines, though - really good exercise on the "large-car" theme (as compared to the new Ford 500, which is really lame).

Meh.. still a station wagon.

Crazy88 01-13-2005 05:25 PM

that thing belongs in east LA

i like it...he was at the nopi nats in atlanta...i like the whole package...the new dcx offerings have been love it or hate it lately. if we were in the market for a new car a mag would be high on my list...but that's just me

The charger IMHO is a great looking car. Now, it should not be called a charger cuz it doesnt hold true to its roots.... And as for the mangnum, its diffrent yes, but not ugly.

Smart man!!!

rondog 01-14-2005 12:43 AM

not feelin the charger, its like knowing a someone who has a twin your whole life then meeting the identical twin, the identical twin will always look retarded.
besides, the chrysler 300C is just beautiful from the outside, with 22" wheels.

bigman 01-14-2005 11:31 AM

the two tone color sheme is hot, but the flames and lambo doors are gay.

Chaptorial 01-14-2005 12:04 PM

:mantis:

Not my style but cool nonetheless.

Doom878 01-14-2005 12:14 PM

I like the direction Dodge is going with their cars. I got into a Magnum and that thing is huge. Even the SXT has decent power and it's not as pricey and gas guzzling as the R/T. I was worried about the handling as even my boaty Accord will probably handle better.

:)

Well, if I was to sum the car up:

Looks = pretty good
Power = decent
Handling = gawd-awful
