Rotated tires (Shaking wheel) Slip Belt issue

Hello Guys,

I had my tires rotated on Friday and went to get them balanced at BJ's--i was then called by the technician who pointed out that the balancing was ok and that "i had a slip belt on the front Right tires...t's a defect in the tire. I have been noticing that the steering wheel is tugging and shaking at very low speeds, sometime it feels as though it's trying to take over my hands... at 40 MPH since the rotation. Can anyone give me some advice on this issue, I just bough these tires back in April, 2010 and have done under 20,000 miles.

Read the manufacturer warranty and go back to them with a claim if applicable. You may get a pro-rated amount.
