No, I will not tell you to remove the pin stripe.
I don't care about it, when it comes to small details, can't feel same with everyone.

Opinion as a member.. I will tell you to get that side A-Spec and install it
Lovely calipers

The way I feel about the pinstripe is probably the same way J feels about the wing spoiler; its a love or hate thing I love it.

Aspec sides are on the list, they're just a little further down. Us members are able to see a definite difference between the base and Aspec sides but most everyone else can't tell a difference so I'd rather get something that is a little more noticeable. Like spacers.

And thanks for the compliments guys. I'm really happy with how they turned out. It seems like they shift colors. In the sun they're a light blue (like in the picture with the wheel off), but at night they're a little darker blue.

Edit: I was thinking about painting my lugs to match the brakes. what do ya'll think and is there any way to put them back on without scratching the paint off?

Dammit. Light night CL browsing is not a good idea. IF everything works out, the waffles may be retired by next weekend.

ghey. I'm glad you didn't get them.

XXRs are more played out than girls wearing those stupid UGG boots.

That's coz they are half the price than F14s!

But I agree, mainly on the 527s. I would wait for something else.

I wouldn't mind the F14's, but then Aaron would think I'm copying him.

But anyways, new wheels aren't on the list. I actually need new tires but saw the XXRs on CL for 800 with tires so figured I could get those and kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

I admitted to it

F14s might look sick in piano black on the WDP.

Oh and thanks with the mic help everything is working great now.

Goddamn those look good.

If I ever decide to get wheels, I'll get them off the BM or CL. I'd much rather save the money and get a set of used wheels in nice condition than buy brand new wheels.

Can any of ya'll offer up some suggestions on a good set of summer tires? Like I said earlier, I'm in need of new front tires so I'm just going to go ahead and get a full set. I'd like to keep them under 650 if at all possible though.

I'm going to get 255's so I can get that beefy tire look.

Nice Well under budget. They rode just as good as any Michelins I've had.

Find a nice set of 19's and you can have my staggered Nexen N7000's. At least 80%+ tread. They are just taking up room in our shed in Perry. The sizes are 235/35/19 Fronts and 245/35/19 Rears. You already have the drop, now just some clean 19's......+ Free tires.....lol.

Donnie, I may just take you up on that. Found a set of wheels on CL just now so I'll text you.

And I need some help from you guys on wheels and offsets because I have no idea on how it works.

The wheels I found are 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 with a +30 offset. Will these clear the Brembos and with those widths, what am I looking at with camber kits and fender rolling etc.

Well due to a huge fiasco last weekend, I had to put the wheels on the backburner for a little bit. New wheels are still in the plans though and hopefully I'll find a set soon. I won't go into any details about this weekend, but what happened shouldn't have happened.

But anyways, I went out and took a few pics today...

Unfortunately, my progress thread is over. I got rid of the TL and got this beater:

I wish.
Went to a meet with a few other AZiners and got a couple pics of my car from the roll out. Gonna post em here to keep all my car pics together.

Thanks to Brandon and Jordan for the pics.

Your car looks great man! In the other thread I didn't realize that was your car and thought that someone had the blue Rotora BBK

I see that you're doing a good job scraping that front lip

When are you getting a black roof?

Hmm...CF vinyl on reflector.....interesting...

Given that the orange reflector is the only thing I don't like about the Type S headlights, that sure is interesting.

I'll take that as a compliment KJ. Lol. It's just carbon fiber vinyl on the outside of the headlights. I put it on to see how'd I'd like it if I decided to open up the headlights.

And T, I've thought about a black roof and probably will get one, but I'd like to put that money to new wheels and maybe an exhaust and PCDs first.

And I can't help it about the lip, Mitzi's driveway is too steep and even at an angle it still scrapes.

Honestly I would do the exhaust over everything you've listed. I was really bored with my car but mah ATLP made me fall in love with my car all over again. It's really fun to drive now, especially though tunnels

Thanks man, I love the calipers.

And after hearing Brandon's Type S with PCDs and XLR8 exhaust, it has definitely moved to number 1 or 2 on my list if hopeful mods.
