Haha, I had the same thought...I remember Austin's thread when he got these and kept them up high for awhile.

It is a little bit of overload. Stage 3 sounds good, Coils are a little stiff, but also ride really nice so far I think. Definitely no floaty feeling, and the RSB is keeping me feeling really planted.

The alignment seemed to go well. They didn't bring up the modified suspension thing until the end, when the tech was saying how nice it was to have all the adjustments available to him. However, I did notice that at the top of the alignment print out it shows its for a 09-12 TL. Anyone know if the factory specs are any different on them?

What can I say, we have good taste!

I am. Scored a great deal on them, so I went with it.

I must be getting better at this stuff. This time around, changing the license plate bulbs only took about 20 minutes total. Last time I had the worst time trying to get the connector to click back into place. This time, no problems at all.

Quick question - what style bulbs are you guys using for license plates? The replacements I got are a different style for some reason. But when I compared them before changing the second bulb, this new style with just one LED seems to light up the plate better. Comparison pic:

How new are the tires? Just from personal experience (even though I'm not low at all) I would bump down to a 235 before slamming it after winter.

Its the right connector, just wondering what style LED bulb you guys went with.

Tires are all basically new, have 9/32s all around. On the S Techs, the only rub I had was the tab on the front passenger wheel when I would turn the wheel all the way in reverse. Maybe I'll get that ground down in the spring.

I think I went with a flank style bulb so they are focused aiming down on the plate.

you need to get your toe re-aligned since it is out of spec for your year car. firestone did the same thing to me, the first alignment they used my year car and the next time they used the 09-12 sheet. the spec ranges are different for those generations. the toe range is -.08 to .08, so you should try to get your toe re-aligned asap.

hopefully you got the lifetime alignment, that's what i did and i have used them twice already in a week and will go back again after i get my tein ss installed soon

on another note, your car looks good!! your'e going to love that RSB

I have the bulb on the right. So much brighter than anything else Ive seen. These are close in brightness to the Cold Cathodes, except no modding and these are cheaper

I have CCFL license plate bulbs...a bit more involved as far as installations, but looks awesome.

Great pictures, man! I am not sure...the "OK" range for most cars will likely be the same. For Toe, close to zero so as long as he set that there, you're good. Only difference might be the tolerance might be different meaning an ok toe reading on one car might be in the red on another. I doubt a newer TL would be much different. Technically, zero is zero. I could be wrong though.

Exactly the info I was looking for, thanks! I go on a 750 mile round trip drive this week, so I'm heading over there today to get it re-aligned. I did indeed get the lifetime alignment, but I would be making them re-do it even if I didn't since its their fault. And RSB is sweet! Between that and the coils, I am planted to the ground!

Thanks J! Compared to your shots, mine are absolutely awful, but maybe one day I'll get some decent shots. I gotta meet up with VeggieMonster, he is only about a half hour from me. Maybe even get some rolling shots...

And I think a little positive toe is probably ok, but the one wheel that is at .13 is a little high. Gotta get it taken care of I think.

You know, they did come out pretty decent considering they came from my phone. Evo 4G LTE camera isn't half bad!

But I would love to have Sean take some shots one day. Maybe in the Spring after I have some time to really get it cleaned up nicely and truly photoshoot ready.

Also, I guess its that time of year again....OEM All season mats just went in. Problem is, I also have a set of weather techs. So I need to decide which I want to use. Opinions?

Anyone know a good product to clean either of those mats? Mine look a little faded instead of nice and black.

Just finished a 400 mile drive on the new setup. Gotta say, I love it all! Between the coils and rsb, it just feels so planted and stable.
And the exhaust note is addictive, makes me want to get on the loud pedal just to hear it again. Gives the car just enough of a voice sound great without being obviously modified. I was impressed that while just cruising at 75 or 80 it was almost silent, and no drone or rasp at all. Thanks again to everyone who figured out the best resonator!

Yea, I'm pretty sure I like it. It was weird, I wasn't sure about it, then I was sure I wanted to do it and ordered it, then I went back to being unsure. I kind of like the clean lines without it, but I also think it flows nicely with the sunroof popped, OEM visors, and trunk lip spoiler.

What interested me even more in your garage was your steering wheel. I would just like to do something with mine. It's not that it is in bad condition, I just think it's a little bland and thin. Could use some padding and red stitching maybe, I don't know. I've seen the wheelskins site, but not sure hownice those would actually look.

Thanks! The stance, while certainly not full of low, is at least nice for daily driving right now. Still looks tons better than stock.

And the Cold cathode lights are sweet, but I'll probably just stick with my lazy route and keep the LEDs that I got.

And I just talked with an upholstery shop just for fun about having steering wheels redone. Apparently it is quite a process, and the only place they knew of to do it professionally was done in Texas. The only option the local place had was wheelskins. Maybe I'll still look into that. While it will likely not look perfectly OEM, at least it should feel much nicer I guess.

Honestly, I live in FL and I LOVE my OEM all weather mats all year round.
Aaron will tell you to keep the weathertechs, I say sell em. Take that hundred bucks to put toward your next mod.
