I would say I prefer the Base lip, but like the perfect fit of the Type S lip. So its a toss up. One thing is for sure though -whichever way you decide, A-spec > no A-spec every day of the week.
And since this is a photo gallery, snapped a few yesterday with my phone just coz it was sittin' pretty.
Have you been maintaining your headlights with that 3M stuff on a regular basis or have they stayed clear since you first did it? Sorry if this was already answered.

Glad I could inspire! I'll check out your thread next. And no, I didn't do anything to maintain the headlights since JNC did them way back. I did notice a couple months ago just the slightest bit of hazing at the bottom of one lens a while back, so I might need to do something with them again at some point. From what I recall, JNC didn't even refinish these, they were just a great original condition set that he had at the moment.
GP, sorry it took so long, but here are a couple pictures of the DRLs lighting up a garage door. Obviously when they are in use during the day the hot spots from the LEDs aren't obvious they way they are in these pictures.
I will say that after seeing a few TLs around that have standard LED DRLs, I'm glad I have the clear lens in front. I really like the diffused look it gives the DRLs.
Another boring driveway picture...but I just love the way I can pull in the garage with a disgustingly dirty car and pull it out 45 minutes later looking like this.
I guess, I've never thought it didn't flow well...it's the most aggressive looking lip.
Not that I don't like the other ones TOO, but I don't like them BETTER. If I had a type S...I would be happy and proud to have the aspec that belonged on it.
Man, I gotta get in here more often it looks like. Although I guess I don't have much to add. Might do an oil change tomorrow, so there's that. Car is closing in on 75K and chugging along nicely.

Check on the Jack Stands, and I must be due for a beating if thats the rule, I've been bad lately.

The ol' TL-S actually just turned 75,000 miles on the way to work this morning. Happy to say she could at least be pretty clean for the occasion, here is a quick parking garage pic.
You better be kidding about the jack stands. Don't take the chance.
I meant the rule about checking in daily! Jack stands all day erry day when I'm under it! I leave them at their lowest setting too just so that I know they can't move at all.
Also, I've clearly not been around enough... Congrats on the TL-S! I'll read thru that story soon!
