U mean the exhaust tips? Yeah, I did that before on my SS exhaust for my 25th Anni. 03' SVT Cobra #1457 ... Came out like freaking CHROME! But of course other steps were taken besides just BarKeepers. That was used to start the process of polishing then I just changed the sand paper # and water all the way up to 2200 grit before the real polishing started....The ENTIRE EXHAUST! from headers back! ... 1 week of nothing but elbow greese! Never again!

Very anxious to see pics of the rotors installed!
Thinking about ordering them!

From what I have heard from the few, they are AWESOME upgrade to the stock brake set up. "MORE BIT for shorter stops" & "Big appearance upgrade for more of a aggressive look w/o going full BREMBO" is what I have heard. But I definitely will be providing feedback and pics after install on the set up myself.

Nah Bro... Mid to late next week everything will get installed since my coils come in on Tues. Maybe even Sat-Sun since I am adding "COLOR" to the calipers And my work hours don't really allow me to invest HOURS and down time of the car. But for sure, all will be done next weekend.

Dude, I don't want to rain on your parade, but suspension install AND painting calipers AND installing the rotors...that's pretty ambitious. Why not split it up into a more manageable workload. Do the suspension. The following week do the rotors/paint?

Yeah, I have a feeling this will def set it apart from the avg TL. Especially locally. I am already killing them around here. I hear it all the time, "Dam that TL is sick! You don't see too may ppl hooking up a TL... and I have always like the TL and wanted one forever"...etc etc. There is even a guy at my job who is forever telling to me to sell my TL to him $15k cash! (with all mods!) And I always tell em, "I am not ready to part with my TL yet. Especially, all the $$$ I have in her for the money you are offering."
NEXT/Coming Soon!!! After all I have on my plate currently in done and installed will be a RSB Progressive SB and maybe SS Brake Lines... I know, I should do it now with all that I have is already here... But at this point, the rest of the funds just maybe tapped out and focused on the sounds system coming. I can do the lines & RSB later

Probably...
I'm not a baller, so I got lowly older model MB Quart...but if I was, I'd have considered ANY of those.
Everything is relative though, I spent mucho money on my bike...but wouldn't spend "IHC Money" on speakers. Just the way it works out.
TOTALLY AGREE WITH HIS ASSESSMENT THOUGH. Don't go balls deep right off the bat, start here...and work your way up. Don't go nuts and do processor and the like just yet. Keep it simple and complicate down the line. Your brain is the biggest motherfker ever...you will love the sound of one song, make a change, then it'll all sound like crap, then tomorrow it'll sound amazing again. You get the point.

NEXT: Removing CF hood (FOR SALE) "Going back to OE Hood" and adding color to brake calipers.
... I must say, I am embarrassed... I am suprised and absolutely AMAZED on how well the HT SPEC v1 feel and ride. I will admit and ROCKSTAR143 as my witness, I was a avid TEIN fan FTW! But because I was splitting up some money among my TL progress in other areas, I scemmed on the c/o and opt for the "CHEAPER" set. I must say, CHEAPER in price ONLY but equal quality and ride to at least TEIN BASICS. I just removed TEIN S TECH SPRINGS and these coilover are far better in ride quality and unbelievable ajd range keeping the GREAT ride!. The best way to describe it is, FIRM with no bounce. On rails! and a very sporty feel closer to OEM then lowering springs that were removed....and you can see how low I dumped it. 235/35/19 rubber with the top of the tread TUCKED! ~ THANKS MARCUS at HEEL TOW AUTOMOTIVE!

Last nights observation and feedback on the new coilovers were based on a quick test drive up and down the main hwy for only 5-10min on a blacktop smooth paved roadway... This morning on the way to work was a better test drive since the road conditions change on the route to work.(20mi+ one way to work). My feelings and opinion are still the same. GREAT product and smooth FIRM ride on relatively good road conditions. But when u do experience a minor bump in the road such as a low seated man hole, that is where u feel the STIFFNESS and and what can be seen as a hard jolt. But again, on bad road condition or hole/bumps only. Other then that, I am now a believer these coilovers are the BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK due to the over all ride is as I mentioned, firm, sporty and to the road on rails. Easily compared to other makes/brands in the same or above price ranges with the same adj. features.
Hope this helps anyone else who may be venturing to purchase coilover for themselves. Thanks!

Nicely done Jay...
So you went with the HT spec, huh... Nicely done, the car's stance looks amazing. Also love the new brake rotors.
Now, hard to judge cause you did it all at once but do you feel different pedal feel with the stainless steel lines?
