I have two HS classmates that were making over 100k in their early 20's. One went into real estate marketing. She's already a millionaire, made it big before the bubble popped. The bubble ended her career though, so back to school. The second went into IT while in HS, worked for xerox who paid for all his certs. He went out on his own after he got all his professional certs. By the age of 21, he had 6 multi-million dollar companies and churches exclusively contracted to him. He's in a cushy director job for the city making 150k for life. None of them lived with their mama though..
......and I'm working 3 jobs.

I've been reluctant to post this, but I think it's time.
I know that I don't know, so bear with me. I think boasting is the fastest way to lose credibility/respect.
Doesn't matter the facet, if you boast, your credibility/respect will fly out the window.
I didn't join this forum to read about how you purchased a third gen. TL when you were/are 16 or 60, nor do I care how hard you worked to get it. I joined it because I hope you shared the same opinion about it that I did, you loved it. Whether that means mom and dad bought it or you worked years at minimum wage to buy it. Whether you like it slammed, tracked, or ready for the showroom. At the end of the day, you're more pleased to see the car in your garage than not.

Thats true, but I think this is to help others from getting a mess when it wasn't disclosed. like you said, its what were all here for and you will see it quite often on here, us helping each other out.
I felt for frosty till I learned he got 3k back and a brand new rear lip, etc, then kept the money and just selling the car as is..Idk, his first post on here and v6p was VERY professional and people thought he was a lawyer and all, didn't think he would leave all of that out. Smartest thing would be to part it out, or spend the 3k he got back which a used trans and install will only be around 1500, pocket 1500 for the troubles and then have a clean car..but he decided to just give up and I don't blame him. leaving out info is one thing, but saying it was a stock 6 speed trans and admitting it drives fine yet here said it never did just makes us all think.
You will see this forum is a huge investigation resource, lol.
I would love to know if the little paint chip on his rear lip is still there and he pocketed the $300 paul sent him for a new rear lip too. Frost has helped out on here and seemed like a good guy, but I for one would be pissed if i bought the car and then 4th gear blew, then found out it was swapped…I mean he posted all over about his troubles then said "well a mechanic said it was fine when he checked it out"..i see it in the black market all the time lol RON A TO THE RESCUE!!!
