i did mine about a month ago.
1. take wheels off.
2. clean wheels, sand wheels down a little, clean again
3. mask the tires so the paint dont get on the tires.
4. 1 coat of primer, 2 coats of your choice of color, 2 coats of clear coat( or shinny coat).
i did 2 wheels at a time because i only have 2 jack stands.

I'm assuming between each coat, you have to let it dry?
Also, did people paint the "inside" of their rims? Or just the outside appearance?
Once again, sorry to burden you guys with questions.
