I can tell you two things for now, they are not CV3s and 20x10.5 all around.

Interested in seeing which ones you got, the Niche's are not bad alternatives to CV3 but think the offsets are a bit wack. 10.5 all around is the way to go though. I wish I would have.

Another question. You said you did 35% tint all the way around. That mean you also had the front windshield tinted as well?

No tint on the windshield, very illegal in PA.

Ok so time to spill the beans.

I contacted Vossen to inquire about a local dealer.

Didn't have any where I live so they referred me to their biggest online dealer Wheel Performance.

I was really torn between CV4-CV5-CV7.

CV5 was my first choice. I liked those before I had a TL and figured it was a no brainer. After photoshopping it on the car and giving it some thought I came to a conclusion that they were a bit "loud" and vulgar I wanted something a tad classier.

CV4 are very classy but I felt like the whole exhaust and sporty vibe on the shawd would clash with wheel design a bit ( i get pretty weird when it comes to wheels lol)

So then I started looking at CV7s. It didnt take me long to fall in love with a clean yet sporty design. Watching them in motion sold it to me.

I photoshopped them on the car (below) and placed an order the following day. 20x10.5 +42 all around.

Still waiting for them to arrive along with the suspension. Ill post pics of finished product as soon as I can.

Excellent choice. I'm getting the same style wheels but different brand and a little more aggressive offset. Should be in tomorrow. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with any of the wheels you mentioned. They will all look good. Just depends if you want split spoke or solid. What finish did you go with btw? Mantud (hope I spelled it right) has those wheels on his 4G. Less aggressive specs though.

He does have the same style and finish (silver polished) as mine but like you mentioned mine will be a bit more aggressive. I wanted to go as concave as the car would allow it with fender roll, without any flaring/pulling.

Yea it will look pretty sick man. That's why I went with the same style but different finish. How low are you planning on going? No gap? One finger gap? A little tire tuck? Hmmm...decisions, decisions lol

Now that I think about it, with the tires you have you cannot tire tuck without rubbing and doing some trimming. Overall diameter will be a little taller and tires are 10mm wider than OEM specs.

You're correct. Most likely leaving a finger gap or a little less. I need the car to still be functional/reliable on business trips etc. Last time I slammed my accord and went to Pittsburgh they had road construction and since I didn't know the city I went through it. Wasn't pretty, it's a miracle I didn't bust an oil pan. I want it to be respectably lower and tie everything together but not slammed. I would of even went with springs if it wasn't for a shitty ride and blown shocks in the future.

The CV7's will look good, nice choice. I have to say you have one of the best build threads in this forum. Literally from shambles to glory and if I'm not mistaken in less than a year.

The new wheels are dope! Considered a similar style when I was searching for mine

manutd has the same ones and I'm a big fan of his setup (though pretty sure he's squared).

Glad you like the wheels guys it wasn't easy picking a design out of the line up. I guess when you're spending this much on something unnecessary you want to get it right lol

I noticed that you havent changed your Fog Lights or High Beam/DRLs yet. For my High Beams/DRLs I am using a CREE LED bulb that forks out 3200 Lumens per bulb. Special ordered from Japan. If you are interested then let me know. I can order them for you since I have a friend over there that is a distributor. You can even order them for your Fogs too. They are error free and plug and play.

Are the ones you are looking at Made in China or Made in Japan? There are ones that are made in china that look the same as the Japanese ones and are half the lumens of the Japanese ones. They cost about half the price of the Japanese ones too. I believe the China ones are about $85-$90. The Japanese ones are about $150 with normal shipping. Normal shipping takes close to a month as they ship by ocean. For expedited is an additional $30.

Love the finish. I thought it would be a deeper concave though. Can you measure it if you get a chance? Anxious to see them on your whip.
