OEM Honda RBC intake manifold (PRL Motorsport's port matched manifold to throttle body 70mm)
OEM Acura ZDX 70mm throttle body (bolts right up to RDX throttle body connector)
PRL throttle body 70mm adapter
I had to cut the water neck off myself, wasn't to hard though

Doesn't the stock map sensor read up to 26psi?

^ yes it does, per hondata

im still curious on what the advantage of a RBC intake is over ours.. i think the runners are close to the same length.. and i dont think the inside diameter of the tubes are that much bigger.. i would like to know more specifics about the 2 i may just op for a zdx throttle body and call it good myself

Haha, well the runners are much wider and the plenum is like night and day difference. Combined with a 70mm bore will be killer with force induction. Trust me, it is a better flowing manifold.

This will be a trail and error mod. Not sure if the Auto tranny excludes the RDX Sport shift mode.

This whole set up should make some killer top end power..U sure you don't have a bigger turbo on the way that's why you have a hondata 4bar? I cant see the stock turbo going past 18-20psi

I'm not sure I will have any comparison's with the two manifold, I should have put it on the dyno before all this. It's just a 1.75" S pipe from ebay with coupler to connect each end.

I'm still looking for a company that will upgrade my stock turbo, but haven't found any yet. Anybody know of companies that repair and upgrade stock turbos?

Yup. Evergreen Turbo out in Naples, Florida. Charlie rebuilt, upgraded to an 18T, balanced, and clipped the turbine side. He cleaned up real good and coated the CHRA. 352-497-3469

I couldn't really get on it, I have to burp my cooling system tomorrow. You will have to modify the duct for the intercooler to prevent tube from rubbing it, quick shave and it is good.

Holy SH@#! Ok, after I got the ecu back from Honata the reflash was good, but it would only pull for the first 4k rpm then tapper off the boost.... Oh, not now these thing pulls hard as F$%#!! I took it out this morning, and had to let off because I was going way to fast!! Can't wait to put the cams in, get tuned and take it to the track. I'm sure the "World Record white RDX" on YouTube will be crushed! Stay tuned.
