Just came in! The Full-race manifold is very nice and fits, you will have to run RSX exhaust head bolts to insure a proper fitment. Can't wait to get it all together!

looks like it is going to be a hell of a setup ken.
best of luck.

are you going to get an entirely new setup for the DP? or try to get the RV-6 modified?

will you be selling the unused parts or keep them to go back to stock if the need arises?

and the final question did you ever get the turbo apart to see if your heat shield was cracked? both of the ones I have were. that's why I had a new one made.

are you just blocking off the exhaust manifold water passages? I am assuming the downpipe is going to have to be custom and not a full-race one?

Coolant from the manifold will be recirculated and coolant from the turbo will go to the new turbo.

May go custom, may go Full-Race. I haven't decided yet.

Wow! What's your goal here, GTR killer?!?!

Seriously, seems like an insane amount of effort to make a CUV go like stink.......but I like it!

The stock RDX is already a bit of a sleeper, but this will be unreal.

it will be a nice upgrade for the rdx but no where near gtr territory.

Best part is, if this turbo sounds at all like the EFR6758 (which it should, only louder), your car will sound like a jet engine under throttle. Seriously, you won't hear any exhaust noise beyond ~4k rpm...it will be glorious.

doesnt stand a chance against stock(stock is low 11 sec to high 10 sec car) or modified. rdx is too heavy and has the auto trans.

Maybe you're right, maybe you're wrong. I would have to ask the wife if I could put another 35-40k in the car, then I'll come see your GTR..

The k20a (RSX) exhaust manifold gasket on the Full-Race turbo manifold and the K23a1 (RDX) exhaust manifold gasket.

Ken, Why you choose sidewinder instead of "lean" turbo manifolds for k-series engines?
Sheepey Built - K Series LEAN Turbo Manifold ? Sheepey Inc.
Honda K-Series "Lean" Manifold

Leaf type manifold doesn't replace turbo so much. But It could be not enough place for it into engine compartment. What do you think?

Looking good so far

I'm interested to see what you're going to do about those coolant holes on the head. Think a block plate will work? For coolant for the turbo, I am thinking to use an RSX water pump and using the port that is for a the oil cooler to feed the turbo. Maybe, that can be an option for you.

Also, did you have to modify that bottom hole on the manifold? I thought the center bolt on the rdx manifold was a little off.

Unfortunately the lean manifold is designed for k swap cars with the engine tilted forward. If used in the rdx chassis the turbo will be in the firewall

Coolant holes, RSX water pump, center bolt, etc? Are you able to view the pictures that I've posted?!

Sorry if I wasn't clear. What do you plan to do for coolant holes on the head?

The other thing was about all the bolt holes lining up. I see your photos and was curious if you had to modify any of the holes.

Lastly, efr's are water cooled so I was wondering how you planned to feed it, but I realized that there's a simpler way I didn't think of initially. So ignore that part.

The lines are obvious, it's Cool-it hose insulate, and DEI adhesive thermal insulating tape that protects up to 2000°F.
