Try to get your hands on GReddy Evo 2. They sound great and look even better IMO.

Anyway, check the vendor directory that ggesq provide and contact the vendors to get shipping quotes and prices.

The music in that video is horribly distracting. Only thing we should hear is the exhaust. Here is a helpful hint for anyone making car videos. NO MUSIC! Engine/exhaust/lopey cam sounds/revving is all the music it needs.

Revving videos are actually pointless since we cant hear what the real driving tone is.

Welcome Bawss. Here's a tip: don't buy a CAI and put that same money toward your exhaust. The TL comes with a quasi CAI from the factory, so you will get negligible power from an aftermarket version. You will, however, get a better sound from a CAI. If the sound is worth a couple of hundred dollars to you, then go for it, but it would be mostly a cosmetic mod with little function.

I would also suggest getting one of the cat backs from the vendors here, ATLP or XLR8. Don't go with GReddy, this car isn't a Civic or especially an STI, it's a semi luxurious sedan. My two cents anyway.

Read up on them, there are quite a few threads on this site outlining each of the options. Another good option is RV6, which I failed to mention in my last post. If you shoot the vendors a PM or email I'm sure they can fill you in on what the cost will be to get it to your door. In fact, Excelerate has already posted in this thread twice so they know you're in the market and I'm sure the other vendors are aware of this thread as well. Only you can figure out if the price is worth it. I'm in Canada as well so the shipping would be similar and I feel it would be worth it.

But, the music fades out when the exhaust sounds are there...

Did you watch the whole video? There are clips of the cars driving with the camera on the bumper.

4" cai has dyno proven gains across the rpm range compared to any others.

My mission in life is to rid car videos of music.

Honestly what would be helpful is an inside the car video. That's just as important. Doesn't matter how nice the exhaust tone is outside the car if inside there is constant drone.

Wasn't referring to your video; that was great. I was referring to others who just post rev videos only.

I'm in the market also for an exhaust and most likely I'm gonna go with the XLR8 Resonated. I have an 05 at so I wouldn't have to change my bumper correct?

Awesome! Might pull the trigger and get the XLR8 Resonated tonight. I'm a newbie so I'm learning everything as I go... Concerning the v2 jpipe is that something I can add later on?
