'07 TL Type-S A/T to M/T Question

So after research in my area I had trouble finding a M/T Type S. I bought an auto a few months back and do have interest in swapping to a Manual eventually. Now the question is would a 6spd off a 04 3.2L fit on the type s or would their need to be custom work done. Also what would I need not tool wise, but parts.

Much appreciated everyone!

I believe the bell housing is a different bolt pattern on the 2004-2006 3.2L
it is a ton of work to change over, if you are not a mechanic don't try it yourself IMO
