Here's a car show/car audio comp coming to Indy. I went to the one last year, and it was a good time. $50 entry gets you in to the show and comp (if you want to). Lots of minitrucks, but hardly any Acura's that I saw. Would be nice to see some of the A-zine crowd show up, and the more the better.

Preregistration for this show is only $30... Definitely a good time, and the audio portion alone is shaping up to be huge. If you guys want to do something in Indy, this is the weekend and place to do it...

Planing's done gents. Just meet up and drive to this show. It's definitely going to be a good one. This is in a big field, so there's plenty of room for as many A-ziners as can get together...

Today I was getting out of my car and an ABP 3G TL with A-Spec wheels pulls up behind me in the parking space. I get out and yell "Nice car!" he yells back "Thanks! You too."

Good to see some TL love around here.

why not just buy a UDM and do it yourself...you would pay for the machine in like 2 details and then enjoy its use for the rest of your TSXs life, plus any future car. Check out the detailing forums, they have a lot of good information.

Main reason why is time. I work around 70 hours a week/weekends. Also don't have a garage to keep the car shaded while I wash/wax/polish the car. I wish did have a garage but since I live with my brother he decided to tear the garage down for more space for parking.

Hey bro,

I don't think he has the 3G. I think he was talking about someone else in the 3G pulling up behind him.

I wish Acura had the Aspec kit for 2G TSX.

Look at his Signature, he for sure has a 3G TL with Aspec

His signature has an 05 TL, which is a 2G. Look at his age. His is 16 yrs old. Do you really think his parents would buy him a 3G or that he could afford a 3G on his own?? No offense cjTL.

That wasn't me, unfortunately. I live on the west side of Indy- Brownsburg. I tend to stick to this side of town. I've put about 8000 miles on the car since I got it in August, all city miles.

I've seen a couple of semi-modded 3G TL's in town here. One's a black TL with black rims+A-Spec kit. Another is the blue one with A-Spec wheels from the other day. Another is an 07 TL owned by a member on here, Pz_. What side of town are you on?

If you need a reference for my car, it has a carbon fiber grille.

June 19-20th is Slamology (http://www.slamology.com/). It's going to be an awesome show this year, and it'd be nice to see a handful of A-zine guys there.

I see lots of talking about having a meet, but when a show is mentioned, nobody responds...

I live in Fishers and there is a wonderful detailer near my home. His results are amazing, and his fees are reasonable. He can make your cars paint look like wet glass....and by that I mean, perfect. You may have to leave it with him for the day, but when you get it back it is worth it.

I'd def be interested in this. I've been to waxworks and ZIEBART and I have been very dissatisfied with the results. Car looks like anyone hand waxed it. Need someone good. Can you post details of his process and what he uses? I've really been wanting to try zaino products. If you'd rather pm me that works too.

Thanks for the info, but just bought a Flex XC last week and just waiting to get my pads and polish in to get started on learning how to polish my car. I've been reading up on forums here, so have a pretty good understanding of what to do. Just need to put my knowledge through an actual test.

Zaino is more of a sealant and tends to cover up the swirl marks and such and not really get rid of them.

The first problem is that those guys are not true 'detailers'. Just because someone has a buffer and some wax and spends a couple of hours on your car and soakes it with Armor All does not a true 'detailer' make.

The guy I am talking about is the real deal. He does full paint corrections and will make your paint look like wet glass (which is to say, amazing). His name is Dave. Call him @ 317.809.9258 and tell him that Mitch with the white Acura NSX sent you. He has done about (8) cars for me and made them all look amazing.

Now, since he is a true detailer, your job will not be quick, but it WILL be worth the time and money. Prices are VERY reasonable once you understand that this is a full multi-stage paint correction, and not just a buff and wax like the other places do. Dave does everything to buff, polish, condition, and protect the paint. He also does the interior if you wish. To give you an idea, he has done several luxury and exotic cars including Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Porsches, and even a Bugatti Veyron, so he knows his stuff. Your car will look new. Bottom line.
