I've been struggling to get someone to respond to me about an amount that was to be refunded to me for ground shipping due to a dead on arrival unit replacement of around $17. Customer Service responds once on every 5th email. They say a check has been emailed to me, and later say they checked the system and that it was resent, but when asked what address they sent it to, they flat out ignore me. This amount has been due to me since August of 2015. Could you please verify the address and get this check resent asap

Hi. I own a 2010 TL Tech and I'm interested in the Navtool. How much do they cost? And I believe that there's more than one version, so I'm not sure which to get. I'd primarily be looking to display Waze or Google Maps on my screen.
