I don't have a TL posted for sale anywhere. Which car are you referring to?

Hey James & thanks for responding. Did your HFL quit working on your TL? Mine is still ok but everyone says it won't last... Ha.

What brand oil did you use? Do you have a favorite gasoline? I use the Shell premium only because they advertise all of the good stuff additives & really no other maker does that.

What tires did you find gave you the best & quietest ride?

I have put 8 miles on the car. I've had it a month. I've been detailing the dickens out of it. I just put LED's interior bulbs in it yesterday. They are pretty nifty looking.

You have any suggestions on what I should do?

It sure seems to have heavy steering at parking lot speeds. I reckon that is normal?

Hi TJ nice to hear from you. Yes I am a hardcore neat freak and everything about the car has to be perfect all the time. I do the same stuff I use quick detail, clay bar, etc etc. The only reason I am selling is because I bought a 2006 C6 Z06 corvette back in Feb and its just too expensive to have two fancy cars like this. So I ended up buying a 2000 Lexus ES300 for $7,000 and will have that as my daily driver. Im going to hate to see the Type S go but its the smart thing to do now. I bought my Type S with 21,000 miles and its been one of the best cars I have ever owned (and I have had my share of cars). Its also hands down the smoothest, most quiet car I have owned. In person Kinetic Blue Pearl is absolutely gorgeous especially with the taupe/black interior IMO.
As for fuel economy the best I have seen consistantly on the highway was about 30mpg using premium obviously although all gas I have seen in the last 10 years has all contained ethanol so I dont know where you found that stuff. Around town in suburban drive I average about 21-23 mpg and I also drive the car relatively easy. So for being a fairly heavy sedan with almost 300hp it does pretty good on fuel.
    Talk to ya soon.

    James
