Dude so i went to autozone and got the machine to check my sensors everything is good. I have a thesis that i think may be right. Check this out. So my old plugs were in my car since i had the car never changed. They say to change your plugs at 100k, i did my plug change at 56k the valves are adjusted to those plugs. Now that My plugs are new they most likely are not adjusted to them, which in result leads to shaking in second and third gear 4500 rpm,

I was reading what you wrote and I think it's worth mentioning that if you decide to get a diagnostics for your car, you shouldn't do it at the dealer, especially at that price.... I was reading around on some threads where many people have mentioned that you can go to your local Autozone store and rent the machine that does the diagnostic. It's a lot more cheaper and you'll be doing the same thing the dealer would... Just something to keep in mind...
