Hey! Welcome to the community!! I wanted to give some feedback on the Ron Jon Grill and the posts are here:

The quality of the part is perfect because it is a hand crafted. I have had to do some repairs to it but for a 09-11 TL, it makes the car look awesome especially if you already have an AERO KIT. For me, the cost of the grill (about $700 USD converted to CDN) was worth it because the conversion to a 2012-14 grill would be more expensive.

No, you need to remove the upper timing covers to visually check it. There are inlet timing windows but you won't be able to analyze the belt properly from them. At 7 years and 150k miles.. I'd say you're due. It's not just the belt that needs replacement, the idler pulley, auto-tensioner, water pump are all due. Any one of them can fail and subsequently cause engine damage if timing is interrupted.

You can visually inspect the drivebelt by opening the hood. Signs of a worn drive belt include micro fracture cracks along the ribbing, lamination, separation between the ribbing (usually not the case until it's just about to snap), and the tops of the ribs are worn down. You might even see belt residue around the pulleys.
