Well I would advise you to change your O2 sensors and I just did with 60k on my TL. The rich/02 sensor is one because the 02 sensor isn't reading right and is saying its running rich. The cylinder misfire I believe is from the comptech AEM. The knock wiring of the ACM shouldn't be hooked up and its causing problems, I would advise you wire that back to stock immediately. BTW, the 02 sensors are like $160 new each and I can get them both for you at $240 shipped. It sucks but I had to and I bet they are fouled. I suppose you have PCD's?

I would do the computer first. Its under the passenger side dash. You should be able to see a black box thats about 6 inches wide by 1 inch and its wired into your stock computer harness. Its only wired by 2 locations so I am unsure which one needed to be wired to stock, but if you check out the S/C thread or search S/C surging BMEYER explains what to do.
