The TLX is very close to the RLX in creature comforts. The TLX have a bit mor softer ride to me than my RLX Adv and I attribute that to the 19" wheels and 45 series tires on the RLX. The TLX Adv has 18" and 55 sereis tires. Room wise, the RLX wins hands down and the stereo in the RLX is much better. Both are very quiet and are nice to travel in on the hwy. The TLX XM radio display lists artist and song on the MID whereas in the RLX you have to go to the upper screen to see song and artist after pushing the audio button. I hope that gets resolved with a software upgrade. I also think the seats in the RLX are more comfortable. A RLX Tech (new) should be able to be bought for $4000 off of MSRP which may put it really close to the used price. With either the TLX or RLX you will get a very fine car - RLX more exclusive; TLX more popular.

I have a 2010 RL that replaced a 2007 RL. priot to that I have had three TL's. I recently test drove a TLX and a used RLX both with tech. They are very close to the same price. Really torn between the two. Appreciated your feedback on your two. Thanks

Great negotiations by you. My offer of 55,583 was rejected. Instead of getting a car off of their lot, they would rathe keep it an pay taxes. They have 27 on their lot now. Thanks for the heads up on price. m You actually got it under invoice (55,183).
