    Ill send you the link to the service manual or you can search for it on here. Its a pretty big file. About 1 gb in pdf. It will have everything you need in it.

    I went to ebay and searched acura tl main relay...look for item no
    3902 1054 1681. Print it and purchase it from your nearest acura dealer and ask for a service manual copy sheet
    to locate it. Your 1999 and my 2000 is the same.
