The hardest part will be removing the old radio. I suggest replacing the speakers but as long as you dont blast the radio to it max they will sound alright. U will need a Honda radio harness. Please dont go cheap here... Its worth the $20. If u want to integrate your factory amp it will work...including your sub... But i personally didnt like the sound quality. I suggest bypassing the stock amp.
