    It is a Carbon fiber all on lip extension for the 04-06 TL with a A-Spec front lip kit

    awesome, what modifcations would I be looking at? any new piping, maybe cutting up my rear bumper.

    you can get away with it, but I would look into a 2nd gen tl exhaust instead since it will require even less modification
