I'm still around. I check in to see what's going on Acurazine often. Don't only spend my time on the RL forum though.
The CMBS case is getting quite large. We were granted Nationwide Class Actiion status by federal courts in CA. However, Honda is appealing it. Our lawyers are wanting to apply California law on a national level to all members of the class. This has a lot of people concerned and interested. Got the attention of other circuit courts and legal teams. No doubt Honda has spent well over a million fighting this so far. It could go on for a while. Do a google on "mazza vs honda".
