Nice car man, just noticed you're in MTL. I live in Laval. We should hit the tracks one of these days if you like that stuff.

Hey VmtSquad, just a question regarding your post on "replacing the rear side marker". I was looking at that "rubber" that you pull back to get access of the plastic piece that holds the carpet (the one with the white clips) - my question is, after you pulled on the rubber piece and when you put it back after the project is done, is the condition of the rubber the same?

Because when i tried pulling the rubber back last night, it seemed stiff like it was glued underneath...did you have to glue it back on or it kinda just goes back on smoothly.

Basically my question is, would the rubber's condition be the same as when you first started, like that brand new never been touched part? I hope this wasn't too confusing...i just need to know because this is my first mod to my car.

    Thanks in advance!

Hey Vmt. I'm responding to your comment on my door speaker install. The speakers are Polk Momo MMC6500 components. They are 6 1/2 and come with 2 x 1" silk dome tweeters and crossovers. I will recommend these to anyone. They sound just awesome. I'm pushing 150w RMS into them and they handle it flawlessly. It was very much worth the effort to cut my doors to make these fit. You can also check the reviews on Crutchfield.

Here's a link from Crutchfield with specs. They are discontinued from Crutchfield.
