@abracing in theory, yes. just don't play them both at the same time. ha. keep in mind that this is just for audio. you'll have to look into aftermarket video adapters if you want to feed the video into the nav screen.

@josiel might be late, but the lip installed over the orignal bumper. no cutting. just drilling.

hello, been reading a lot and cant really get any answers. so hopefully you can help me. i have a 2007 type s and has the auxilliary input. if i split the 3.5mm into two and hook up rca adapters on both end so i can hook up av composite for iphone and dvd on the other. will this work? basically after reading all the glitches with the auxilliary controls it made me think twice. but im also looking into the isimple one. of course first option is cheaper. thanks.

@djspot: there is a whining noise only when the mediagate is powering up. I have the volume of the mediagate set in the middle. I adjust the volume with the head unit or steering wheel controls.

@NTICED no, Dom's unit is for video only. Originally, I used the PIE X3 for audio. About a year ago, I swapped it out for the iSimple iPod module.

hey did you notice any engine noise from your mediagate player??? I get some engine wine when the media player is connected, but not if an mp3 player is connected...just wondering on your experience.
