    Hi Max, I had the 3rd gear set replaced at Acura of Bellevue (I bought my TL there). Took many times and many visits, along with a call to corp Acura HQ for them to fix the issue. They tried to place blame on driver's error (of course) and even tried to get me to go to other dealerships; mine would pop out in the morning, and sometimes late at night during my evening commute. Be persistent, and good luck!

    Hi Docboy,
    Which dealership did you get your 3rd gear replaced? Mine is beginning to pop out of 3rd now mostly in the morning. What other symptoms did you have? Mine feels like 3rd gear is sometimes hard to get in. I only have 24k miles on it and its a 2010.
