    Hey. Just saw this. I am not quite sure what you mean by shift gate cover. Only bulbs I have changed are reverse lights and license plate lights.

    Hey man,i was reading a thread about changing the shift gate color and I'm having the same problem you did with getting the bulb to fit. What did you end up doing toi get it to fit?
