Acura of riverside took care of it and replaced the transmission. Innacurates finding would have been helpfull back then but oh well. Whatever tranny fluid they put in is still there and like i said at the post im still a little cautious if i should change the atf fluid. The car runs awsome right now and im scared to fuck it up as the warranty is over now.

hey abracing, how is your transmission now? I remember you said it had slipping/flaring symptoms awhile back. According to Inaccurate's thread, your problem may be solved if you do a fluid drain and fill. Since my problem was very similar to how you described your's, I am curious as to if doing the drain and fill would solve your transmission issue. Are you planning to do a drain and fill?
