DMZ, you and I have the same car, but I have the 5AT. Still very happy with it at 90K miles. I see you have the 05/06 seats - when did you do that and how much?

Yes there is a difference, though small. The '05 has better seat leather & padding and a passenger seat sensor which controls the passenger side airbag deployment. The '05 will have better resale value due to the 1 year age diffference and if it has Nav, more likely to have a later version of the Nav DVD.
