More power to the speakers won't do anything. Keep the amp you have now, upgrade to more efficient drivers. Some of the pdx's have noise issues..not all.

I just read your post you made last year about the steering rack and its sloppy feel. I too live in LA...just off Sunset and the 405...and often drive to Orange County and hate the constant attention needed to keep the car in one lane while driving down the 405...especially in the LAX area. Did you end up installing a TL-S rack? Did it make the car more stable on the freeway???

I can't recall the number...but it was the fuse for ACCessory...use a light up tester to check which one gets juice when radio is turned on . Initially though...I DID wire up my remote wire to the remote turn on for the factory amp...I'd have to look up that wiring diagram again but I'm sure it's in the forum.
