Location (State/Prov): NY

1. Price: $15,800
2. Mileage: 84,250
3. Color, Transmission-auto or manual, Navi: ASM, Manual , 6 M/T
4. Reason for selling: This is my 2nd car and don't get to drive it much. Only put 4000 miles since I bought it a year ago.
5. Location: Long Island, New York
6. Are you the first owner? If not, how many owners were there (to the best of your knowledge)? I am the second owner, purchased the car on December 27, 2016 , it had 79k when I bought it.
8a. Title is clean/clear/rebuilt/salvage/if other, explain further (select one): Title is clean , Clean Carfax/Autocheck
8b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lienholder: In hand, I own the vehicle
9. VIN (would be nice to have but I can understand that some people do not want to publicly post this): Upon request
10. Modifications: NONE
11. Service record: Complete service records since it was brand new, bought this car from a lady in Maryland. Recent work done by Paul from NJ , replaced Luk clutch kit and Flywheel, Timing belt service,
Oil pump o-ring and reseal, replaced Rear main seal and O-ring. Valve adjustment was also done by Paul and throttle body cleaning. Another major work done is the 3rd gear synchro
which was replaced under goodwill warranty by the Acura dealership from the previous owner, I have service records.

I keep going back and forth if I will sell this vehicle or not. Story of this car goes : I bought this back on December 2016 in Maryland, it was a 1 owner car, never been in an accident, lady driven and dealer serviced since new, her husband works at the Acura dealership where they bought this car. They are both Acura fans and husband has an Integra Type R and a 2000 NSX in their garage when I drove down to pick up this car. I love how this car drives, it is quiet and its always been smooth, smoother than 2 other TL-S I get to drive frequently. Clutch was slipping a bit on 4th gear on the highway, so I waited for Paul to get a lift in his garage so he can change the clutch. I hardly drive this car, put about 4,500 miles for a year and 3 months of owning this car. I have mounted the original waffle wheels and tires these came with, I have more pictures upon request and service records, never been modified, all stock. OEM parts was used as I can tell, heck even the front and rear brakes are all OEM, they charge the previous owner like $500 for the front brake pads and OEM rotors. I will list major work done as per the records.. Oil change I DIY using OEM honda filters and Amsoil 5w-20 motor oil.

Right after I bought this car :
I changed oem PCV valve, air cleaner filter, cabin filter and changed all 6 spark plugs using the OEM recommended NGK Iridium plugs.

Paul from NJ did :
August 2017 - Valve lash adjustment and Throttle body cleaning.

February 2018 - Replaced original clutch kit and flywheel with the LUK kit from Rockauto and using OEM throw out bearing as I do not trust the one supplied by Luk. I waited for Paul to do this job because he has access to the special tool on the service manual per Honda where it "Pre-Loads" the clutch spring before applying torque to the bolts. All the other shops I went to have no idea what I was talking about , they don't have this special tool, and in my opinion a big job like this, I'd rather do it right the 1st time.
- Rear main seal was also replaced together with the O-ring that sits on the top of the seal, Paul mentioned that it is actually the O-ring commonly that leaks and not the main seal.
- Timing belt kit I bought from Rockauto - Gates belt which is the oem manufacturer, and Aisin water pump and tensioner and the koyo pulleys.
- Oil pump reseal as it was leaking, he explained that since we are doing the timing belt service, it made sense to go the extra step and reseal the oil pump.
- He also changed the stabilizer bushings as he has the subframe out, very easy to get to. No leaks on the power steering rack upon closer inspection.

March 2016 - Alternator replaced by dealer , and new battery.
October 2015 - Front Pads and Rotors replaced by dealer. $500 for parts alone , this is where I found out the front Brembo oem pads are expensive.
April 2013 - Starter was replaced by dealer.
October 2012 - Dealer replaced 3rd gear set - transmission ( They should have put in a new clutch kit when they had the transmission out )
power steering recall done, replaced bluetooth unit, replaced new radio.

Paint is flawless, there are a couple tiny nicks on the front and rear bumper. As for the interior, no rips on the driver seat, the passenger seat has a tear, as well as the back seat, its the only thing that annoys me with this car are the leather rips. Paul said he recently did a leather replacement of this generation TL. Thats good to know so we have the option to get new leather if need be.

Pics of old parts that were replaced by Paul.

Looks great. That's the same color my old 2006 3G 6MT was. I'd be all over this if I could take the interior and tech from my 4G and transplant it into a Type-S. What are you replacing it with?

Thanks, 4G has a nice interior and upgraded tech, I agree.. Not quite sure yet what to replace it with, I have another TL-S CBP 6 MT also, but its not as great condition as this one. I might try a german car for the first time in my life lol
