You were not specific in ANY WAY bro. AND. I'm not even sure which ILX year or model you have.... The Black ILX has OEM wheels, I have those, but chromed, I get a lot of random compliments on them, (when clean mostly)... Made by ENKEI wheels, good stuff. DON'T BUY THEM, unless you see them on Craigslist for cheap or something, and your car came with the 16' wheels. Reason being that the wheels are only 17x7 size. Don't waste money buying such small stock size wheels. If your car is a 2016+, then you have 18 inch wheels already.
The First silver car, thats a concept car. Can't get those wheels.
Blue ILX, those are aftermarket Ray's Engineering wheels, Probably about $500 a wheel or so, I liked them and looked it up before 19x8.5 wheel size,

i didn't realize there were 3 cars on there until after, but thanks for all the info man! I was referring to the silver one... Sucks that it was only a concept because I love the way those rims looks.
Do you know if the '16 a spec rims fit cleanly on the 2013 ? And if so what tire size would you recommend ?

Yes, it will fit easily. I don't think they look that great tho, and I think they are a tiny bit wider, but not much... think they are 18'x7.5'
If you really like them tho, just look for them on Craigslist. People sell their stock wheels all the time, they get "rims" and have no where to put the stock wheels. You might be able to find them randomly on there for cheap, like $500-$1000, with tires....(depending on condition and how crazy the owner is)...

Anyway...
ALY71833 Acura ILX Wheel Black Machined #TV918075A

For that price, I'd say just get some quality certified aftermarket wheels that are wider. I blew up one of my Michelin's on a small, but apparently SUPER deep pothole. I didn't even try to swerve out of the way, it didn't look to bad, and I was only doing like 45mph, the posted exit speed. I was coasting up a long curving freeway exit ramp... Felt like the car blew up, lost control for like a split second, then recovered... Car got me to school and then to a couple other things, then I saw that it had a sidewall bubble and a slow leak and so I took it to America's tires and replaced it with a brand new one for $90. Not too bad, considering the brand new MSRP for one tire is over $200 (I DID NOT pay that originally) The Michelin's come with a nice prorated warranty... Would highly recommend! But, based on my experience, get a wider wheel if you can... If I had a wider wheel, maybe it would have just passed over the stupid pothole... If not, stick with what you got.
One of the reasons I haven't gotten some nicer wheels yet is that I try to be financially responsible... And If I get bigger wheels and tires, i need to be able to replace them if stuff happens... Most likely, the bigger the wheel you get, the thinner the tire is going to get, and they get more expensive to replace, and they blow out and go flat more often... I may even bitch out of my personal ideal (looks wise) of 19x9 wheel size that I eventually want... and instead opt for a more durable (therefore safer) 18x9 wheel... I was working in Downtown LA and I got two random (but repairable) slow leaks/flats from bad roads and random shrapnel as well... Changed my perspective on it... It's annoying, time consuming, and avoidable maintenance...
Anyway...

The salesman told me that they were specifically designed to reduce road noise.
All I know is they are really heavy.

Yeah, normally OEM wheels weigh a ton. They will not reduce road noise. That's a fable. If anything they will put more stress on the brakes, tranny and suspension. For instance, RonJon Wheels 18" weighs 22.5 lbs with a stronger construction that OEM (low pressure cast aluminum). I used to work for 4 different wheel repair companies on the east coast as a manager and supply purchase. One of the places I worked was called Elite Rim Repair in Long Island, we did 900 wheels a night in peak season! Ive seen it all, and I can tell you, OEM wheels are very poor quality. It's beyond me why they don't make them lighter and stronger.
