2001 Acura CL-S Rims?

Anyone know if stock rims from a 2001 Acura CL-S with 215/50/17s will fit on a 2013 ILX? I realize the tires are slightly taller than ILX stock. I believe the offset of the rim itself is about 10mm different.

Thanks guys!

I think 2G CL-S wheels are 17x7 +55. ILX wheels are 17x7 +45 with 215/45-17.

You'll have a taller sidewall with 215/50-17. Diameter is 3.4% larger. Will fit fine. Speedo will be off slightly. If speedo shows 60 mph, actual speed will be 62

Thanks! I wasn't worried about the 45 vs 50 side wall as its negligible and figured the 10mm back spacing wasn't a big deal since were talking about 1cm different. The girlfriend just got a 2013 ILX and I got the old CL rims with winters sitting around doing nothing so figured I'd throw them on.
