Since this is an old thread... and no one has posted in a quarter of a decade... Could you tell me why your webpage is slow as molasses? Its so slow, some pages are stuck there. Are you running on a DS1? haha I hate to even look at your webpage.. And I was about to refer someone else to your webpage but I hate to tell him, "i'm sorry for heeltoe but they have some shocks that might work for you".. So should I have to apologize for you? Are you in business or what? Can't you afford a website that moves a little? Upgrade to business class or something.. or get a faster server. It's been years.. And it is still slow.. Your slow website is the reason I got my Tien coilovers from another place.. Because I hate dealing with a bum website. You seriously need to fix it. Just letting you know!!

Well, Chad, I am sorry that you found this old thread was the right place to bring up this concern. It is unfortunate that your criticisms could not have been discussed with us directly. We are a business, with a functioning phone and email and everything. We, as with many other sites, do have periods of slowness. One reason for this is we are in heavy development in a new site. Also we have periods of high volume. And, there is of course the occasional server error (case in point, just this last weekend a DB table crashed with spit 150,000 emails into my admin inbox). Shit happens. After 12 years running a web store, I know this more than anyone.

We definitely are sorry to hear that you would be hesitant to recommend us and even decided to shop somewhere else. We recognized a lot of faults on our site long ago and aim to have them resolved before long. Frankly, we know our site is our store and if the door is hard to open people will go to the next place. There is still no better store to buy from, especially when support is needed after the fact. But alas, the site needs to work for you.

We would also like to mention that we are on a very nice, dedicated server with a web host who is a specialist in our cart software. Any issues we've had were been solved within hours of them coming to our attention. Please.
