So at work I had to take out the trash, and this one was HEAVY AS SHIT. So I had to use one hand to open the dumpster, while I had to take the trash on the other hand and try to swing it into the dumpster. So all of that weight was on my wrist and that's when it started hurting.
My wrist doesn't hurt when I move my hand or twist it around, it only hurts when I'm putting pressure on, so I was wondering if I should do anything about it or just give it some time to heal.
This sucks because I can't work out at all...
