Started riding a bike again

so i used to ride a bike like crazy it was 8-9 years ago then i weighted like 160lbs tops. im 6'1" and now i weight 250lbs.

i bought the bike two weeks ago and started to watch what am i eating. riding the bike two three days a week for like 2 hours sometimes more.
eating healthier, recently bought the juicer and drink home made juices made out of veggies and fruits... so far 8lbs less and i think i can go for much more

I started riding to loose weight.
And as TLtriGirl said it started with a few hours a day up to now over 5100 miles this year so far.
