So azine keeps showing me ads for this program on my phone (no adblock on my phone) and I've seen the ads on TV.

Basically 25-30 minutes of non stop HIIT 5 days a week with doubles on Friday for 10 weeks.

Anyone attempt this yet? I've read some reviews but its new so I don't trust the validity of them.



Also apparently that crazy hoe Tania from insanity is in it, she got married and then got fat and then used the program to lose weight.

I've done Insanity a few times in the past and my sister-in-law bought T-25. Since my wife kept talking about buying it, we were thankfully able to borrow it from her sister prior to spending the money on it. To be honest, I couldn't make it through the first 10 minutes. It's not that it's more intense than Insanity, I just didn't like the movements and wasn't motivated to do them. As much as I liked Shaun-T in Insanity, I'm not a fan of him in T-25. There were times I wanted to punch him sometimes in Insanity, but at least he kept me motivated to keep pushing through the exercises. His mannerisms are also much different on the T-25 DVDs compared to Insanity. It's pretty obvious that T-25 was filmed after he came out and Insanity was not.
