Wow, 4 pounds in a week is a lot! Be careful not to lose too much too fast. Good for you for having the discipline to eat so well for the past week. That all sounds yummy. What about dinner? Are you eating something aftre your grape/strawberry snack?

I'm neither a nutritionist, nor a paleo expert, but it seems to me you could add in some nuts for additional fat and protein.

Mix things up a bit, too, to be sure you're getting complete nutrition. Steamed broccoli or cauliflower, asparagus sauteed with garlic and olive oil, fish...

If you're strictly looking to eat paleo, I don't think corn is considered paleo. For my diet, it's not allowed because it has high sugar content and is often a trigger of inflammation. Generally speaking, though, I think it's fine in moderation. Not sure about the yogurt. Some paleo sites I've visited include dairy, others don't.

Are you still working out, too? Keep it up, Miz!!

Yes I am.

As for dinner, it's not so great but I'm eating smaller portions.
Dinner isn't so good since I live at home and my mom cooks dinner for me

Well I've been eating well in general for the past 2 months. But I recently logged some of the food I've been eating and noticed i could make a few cuts here and there.

I've been doing for the most part since December. Unfortunately I haven't been great on weekends but I did lose 30 pounds in like 6 weeks with this diet and 20 minute boot camp. I wish I would've done this when I was in my 20s as I'd easily have a 6 pack. Age sucks.

My friend who used to compete and introduced me to the diet says cheese is ok but no milk since milk has sugar. Same for butter as long as it has no carbs. So I still eat cheese and burn off the fat on workouts.

For anyone with a sweet tooth like me who is looking for recipes that adhere to the gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free standards...I made these tonight and found them very nice. If anything, maybe even a touch too sweet. I may cut back the volume of honey next time. Also, I made them with lite coconut milk because that's all I had in the house. I did not dip them.
