Then you really shouldn't have any problems getting the redesigned ones.

Goodluck anyways.

After a couple years with the Weather Tech liners I can submit they are far from perfect, however the last time I barfed in the passenger side liner it held all but a tiny bit of pineapple margarita that I upchucked into the liner.

Good Morning,

The front set for this vehicle has been redesigned, Weathertech is sending you a
replacement for the front set only. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Have a great day!

Damn, I knew I should have splurged the extra cash for the WeatherTech Digital Floor Liners rather then settle for the OEM All Weather Mats. Living on Long Island this past winter, I'm scared to see what the carpet around my mat looks like from all the snow melt and salt. The mat itself is pretty disgusting.

arek1200, let them know that this is a major safety issue. Won't hurt to play a little hard ball with them, although I'm not sure it'll get you the redesigned liner without the darn receipt.

Good luck and let us know the result of your visit.

Where exactly do you live? The average winter temperature of Ellesmere Island doesn't even come close to that range.

Mr. Marco....classing the joint up since 2009. Really glad I got that imagery in my head right before lunch. Nice.

So when I bought my WeatherTech mats, they had front mats for FWD and for AWD. Now, they ask if you are auto or manual. If you choose manual, they don't offer front mats for the car. I wonder what the issue is with the manual and if I should be concerned with using them in my car.

I know the clutch is the issue. But I am wondering if the extra foot movement makes it move around too much, or if the clutch was getting caught on the mat. I have not had either issue.

I've had issues with BMW 328i where the clutch pedal would get caught at the end of the floor mat. Also had that issue with a Honda Fit.

That's good news...and great customer service.

But, now that you've changed your profile pic, I'd say we're all winners. That guy was freaking me out.

I spoke to WeatherTech and they said I had to go through the dealer that I bought the liners from. What a pain, went back almost 2 years on my email and found the order. Called Autoaccessories.com and talked to a lady there. She was like, I don't know if there's anything we can do cause it was so long ago. I told her that I bought the liners from them less than 2 years ago, warranty is for 10 years, and WeatherTech adviced me that I had to go thru them for any warranty issues.
Finally, she said for me to send her pictures of the liner and my car with my order number and see what they can do. I'm like what is the picture of the liner and the car going to do for the slipping problem that I'm experiencing.
Anyways, I sent the pictures and order number and now keeping my fingers crossed to see if I can get a satisfactory resolution.

bought some WeatherTech mats for my daughter's honda fit
same problem w/ the "dome" - suck - don't stay in place - called Weather Tech - they were of NO HELP - zero customer service
will Never buy their product again

Yes. Other than driving too much and my heel wearing a hole through the mat, they are staying in the same spot and not curling up.

Congrats!

Make sure the passenger side fits correctly. I had to send my first set back due to improper fit.

yesterday i contacted weathertech canada and reported that my driver and passenger digitalfit liners which i bought in march last year are slipping up and down. my driver side liner also has a 2 inch gap on the left so they asked for some pictures.

they replied today and have also sent me a new set of driver and passenger liners. couldn't be happier.

the interesting thing was i also purchased a set for my 2011 RDX, and they're the same design with only a dome covering the factory twist lock. i inquired about why they can't be connected but they claimed that they're the correct design. i'll have to monitor them and if they're also slipping, i'll be demanding for a better answer.

Was there any specific part number for the new redesign? I called weather tech Canada and the representative said they only come with the locks covered and said no other ones were available :S

Next time, I'd give these mats a try as an alternative.

F518 Style 3D Car FLoor Liner--Acura TL Waterproof All Weather 3D Car Floor Mats | Liners--www.findway.ca

Priced right and should not feel like "wood" in freezing climates.
Just wondering if there are any differences in FWD vs. AWD front mats? I have both OEM rubber mats (sucks as it doesn't hold much) and WT (old style with dome over the hook). I prefer WT for reasons stated by previous posters, living in snowbelt.

Ended up ordering a set, the new part number has the cut out for the lock! Only gripe I have is that it doesn't cover the dead pedal fully but I can live with that.
